These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and purchase of products through this website. Please read them carefully before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. About us
This website is operated by RevIVe Your Peptides, a trading name of Revive Peptides Limited (Company No. 17049124, registered in England and Wales), whose registered office is 151 Crowstone Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, England, SS0 8BG, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@reviveyourhealth.co.uk.
2. Research use only & eligibility
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only (RUO). They are not intended for human or veterinary use, administration, consumption, or for any medical, diagnostic, cosmetic or therapeutic purpose. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 years or older, that you are purchasing solely for lawful scientific research, and that you are competent to handle research reagents safely. Please also read our Research Use Only Disclaimer.
3. Products
Research peptides are supplied as a lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder for laboratory research. Product descriptions refer to laboratory research and molecular mechanism only and are not a claim of any effect in humans or animals. We take care to describe products accurately, but minor variations may occur. NAD+ products carry their own product guidance shown on the relevant pages.
4. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. An order acknowledgement email does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if a product is out of stock, if age or eligibility cannot be verified, or if we believe the order breaches these terms — in which case we will refund any payment taken.
5. Pricing & payment
Prices are those shown at the time you place your order and, where applicable, include UK VAT where applicable. Revive Peptides Limited is not currently VAT-registered; if that changes, the VAT registration number will be shown here and on the site footer. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order. We accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, bank transfer and cryptocurrency; all payments are processed securely. If we discover a genuine pricing error we will contact you before processing your order.
6. Delivery
Delivery times, packaging and international shipping are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellations, returns & refunds
If you are buying as a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a 30-day right to reject faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms removes or limits those rights.
One statutory exception applies to our products: sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons lose the right to cancel once unsealed after delivery (regulation 28(1)(e)). While a tamper-evident seal is intact, the goods remain returnable.
Full details, including how to cancel, the cancellation form and our complaints procedure, are in our Shipping & Returns policy.
8. Your responsibilities as a purchaser
You will use the products only for lawful in-vitro laboratory research, and never for human or animal use.
You are responsible for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of the products.
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including confirming that importing research reagents is lawful in your jurisdiction.
9. Our liability
We supply products for research use only and accept no liability for any use of the products outside that purpose, or for any loss arising from your failure to handle, store or use them safely and lawfully. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). For business customers, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products, and we exclude loss of profit and indirect or consequential loss.
10. Personal data
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law or our practices. The version in force is the one published on this page when you order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales (or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the courts of your home nation).
