1. Eligibility
1.1 The programme is invitation-only. Codes are issued at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. 1.2 You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. 1.3 You participate as an independent party. Nothing here creates employment, partnership or agency. You have no authority to make statements or commitments on our behalf.
2. What you earn
2.1 Referrer commission: 10% of net order value on qualifying orders placed by customers you introduce. 2.2 Customer benefit: 10% off their first order only. The discount does not apply to any subsequent order. 2.3 Net order value means the order total after any discount, excluding VAT and excluding shipping. 2.4 Commission continues on that customer’s future orders for as long as the programme runs, subject to clause 8. A customer is linked to the first referrer whose code they use, permanently. 2.5 We may change commission rates on 30 days written notice. Changes are not retrospective.
3. How orders are attributed
3.1 Orders are attributed by the discount code used at checkout. 3.2 If no code is used and the customer is not already linked to you, the order is not attributable and no commission is payable. 3.3 Our records of orders, payments and attribution are final in the event of a discrepancy.
4. Payment
4.1 Commission accrues only once payment for the order has cleared into our account. Orders placed but not paid do not earn commission. 4.2 Payments are made monthly by bank transfer, once your outstanding balance reaches £50. Balances below the threshold roll forward. 4.3 You must supply valid UK bank details in your own name or that of your business. 4.4 You are responsible for your own tax. Commission is paid gross. You must declare this income to HMRC. We operate no PAYE deduction and give no tax advice. 4.5 Commission is reversed in full where an order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.
5. Content rules – mandatory
Every product we supply is a research reagent supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. Our lawful position depends entirely on that. Any promotion you produce must be consistent with it.
You must not, in any content, post, message, story, video, caption, comment or private conversation promoting us:
5.1 State or imply that any product is intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, application or administration.
5.2 Make any medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, preventative or cosmetic claim, including claims relating to healing, recovery, injury, fat loss, weight, sleep, libido, tanning, skin, anti-ageing, energy, longevity or performance.
5.3 Give, reproduce or link to dosing information, protocols, reconstitution instructions for human use, cycles or stacks.
5.4 Post before-and-after imagery, personal results, testimonials of personal use, or images of anyone administering a product.
5.5 Describe personal experience of taking or using any product.
5.6 Present yourself as a doctor, pharmacist, nurse or other healthcare professional, or give anything that could be understood as health advice.
5.7 Target, or knowingly allow your content to reach, anyone under 18.
You must:
5.8 Clearly disclose the commercial relationship on every promotional post, in line with the CAP Code and ASA guidance. Use #ad placed prominently at the start of the caption, not buried in hashtags.
5.9 State that products are research use only and not for human consumption.
6. Prohibited promotion
6.1 No paid advertising. You may not promote us via Meta, Google, TikTok, X or any other paid ad platform. This category breaches their policies.
6.2 No bidding on our brand name, domain or trademarks in search advertising.
6.3 No spam, bulk unsolicited email, unsolicited direct messages, or automated posting.
6.4 No posting to health, medical, patient or peer-support forums or groups.
6.5 No listing your code on coupon, voucher, cashback or discount aggregator sites.
6.6 No websites, profiles, domains or handles that imitate ours or suggest you are us.
6.7 No claims about product testing, purity, sourcing or certification beyond what is published on revivepeptides.co.uk.
7. Customer data
7.1 You will not receive customer names, contact details or order details. You receive aggregate commission figures only. 7.2 You must not collect, store or process personal data of prospective customers on our behalf.
8. Suspension and termination
8.1 Either party may end this arrangement at any time, for any reason, with immediate effect. 8.2 Where we terminate for breach of clause 5 or 6, all unpaid commission is forfeit, and we may recover commission already paid on orders arising from the breaching content. 8.3 On termination for any other reason, cleared commission accrued to that date is paid at the next monthly run. 8.4 On termination, you must remove all promotional content referencing us within 7 days. 8.5 We may suspend a code pending investigation without notice.
9. Liability and governing law
9.1 You are responsible for the content you publish. You indemnify us against any claim, penalty, regulatory action or cost arising from your breach of these terms or from content you have published. 9.2 We give no guarantee of programme continuity, earnings, or minimum sales. 9.3 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

By using your referral code you confirm you have read and accept these Referral Partner Terms, and in particular the content rules at section 5.
