Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.
Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind,” unwanted items, or opened/used products that are not defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer support team with the following details:

Order number
Description of the issue
Photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item (if applicable)
Once approved, we will issue you a prepaid shipping label via email. Simply print and attach it to your return package.
Return Shipping
Worldwide coverage: Return shipping is fully covered by Revive Peptide for all approved defective/damaged/incorrect items.
Customers will not incur any shipping or restocking fees.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection, usually within one working day.
Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
If you prefer, we can also send a replacement product instead of a refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Once your return is processed, we will send the replacement at no extra cost.
